Logistics Optimization Project

As part of the Procter & Gamble factory in Blois, you will have the opportunity to work on a logistics optimization project that aims to improve the efficiency of the supply chain. Your goal will be to develop and implement a system for monitoring and analyzing shipping equipment, as well as to optimize logistics flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze delays in the supply chain and identify areas for improvement
• Set up a system for monitoring and consolidating shutdowns
• Simplify the analysis of losses in the shipping area
• Co-set up a loss analysis report on the shipping area
• Share the supply chain impacts on production lines

Communication and Collaboration

• Implement communication solutions for supply chain flows
• Set up monitoring of maintenance costs on SAP software
• Ensure the proper application of P&G standards
• Propose actions to simplify reports and support the digitization of the supply chain

Documentation and Training

• Document the list of tasks and training for positions in the shipping area
• Inventory all the tasks carried out by technical teams

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Master's degree in engineering or a related field
• Availability for at least 4 months
• Field experience in processes, mechanics, industrial engineering, automation, or supply chain
• Appetite for project management and leadership
• Collaborative spirit and level of French at least B2
