About the Role
The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois is a key production site for group shampoos, producing over 2 million bottles daily. Our brands include Head&Shoulders, Pantene, Herbal Essences, Aussie, and Old Spice. We operate with a high level of automation and cutting-edge technology in the cosmetics industry.
Your Contribution to P&G's Success
As a Process Engineer, you will work in the operations department, focusing on making or packing. Your role will involve proposing improvement actions, ensuring the evolution and optimization of existing processes. You will be responsible for technical indicators of production, delivering improvements in cost and time. As a leader, you will coach technicians daily and manage the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuous improvement of production conditions, including defect analysis, downtime reduction, and production optimization
- Start-up and validation of new formats or production recipes, as well as new installations
- Validation of technological choices and definition of associated maintenance plans
- Development of team skills through problem-solving tools
Requirements
You should have an engineering degree or a university Master's degree with a specialization in industrial/process/chemical engineering or mechanical/automation. You should also have a good command of French, English, and Pack Office. Proven ability to work in a team with cohesion and efficiency is essential, along with a strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
