Senior Divisional Inspector

The Ministère de l'Économie, des Finances et de la Souveraineté industrielle et numérique is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Senior Divisional Inspector - Cadastre and Land Procedures Expert.

• Lead a team of 16 agents, including 1 A+ and an assistant A cadre, in maintaining the cadastral plan and ensuring reliable addressing.
• Manage user reception, both physical and by phone or secure messaging, to provide excellent customer service.
• Contribute to ensuring the accuracy of local government rental databases and participate in departmental commissions for rental values of commercial premises.
• Develop and implement strategies to address complexity and constraints related to land management and governance.

• Expert knowledge in cadastre and land procedures.
• Ability to take initiatives, be rigorous, reactive, prioritize effectively, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
