Role Overview
The Clinical Trials Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting our clinical teams in their efforts to deliver innovative treatment solutions for patients with various health conditions. We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to contribute to the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Regulatory and Start-Up (RSU) teams by accurately updating and maintaining clinical systems that monitor site compliance and performance within project timelines.
- Assist the clinical team with the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports, ensuring adherence to the scope of work and standard operating procedures. Participate in periodic reviews of study files for completeness.
- Facilitate the preparation, handling, and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies, while maintaining tracking information in collaboration with CRAs and RSU.
- Act as a central point of contact for the clinical team regarding designated project communications, correspondence, and associated documentation.
- Report directly to the line manager and collaborate with clinical team members.
- Perform assigned administrative tasks to support team members in executing clinical trials.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent, along with three years of administrative support experience.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
Location
This position is office-based in La Défense, France.
