Senior High Speed Signal Integrity Engineer

Adoc Talent Management is seeking a highly skilled Senior High Speed Signal Integrity Engineer to join our team in Grenoble. As a key member of our High-Speed High-Frequency team, you will be responsible for providing technical solutions for the high-speed interconnection of ICT products.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and develop high-speed signal integrity solutions for ICT products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of high-speed systems
- Develop and maintain expertise in high-speed SerDes architecture, Rx/Tx SerDes PHY, and equalization techniques
- Utilize 2D and 3D simulation tools (ADS, CST, ANSYS HFSS, Sigrity) to optimize high-speed system performance
- Develop and maintain Python (preferred) / Matlab/Verilog-A/ADS scripts for high-speed signal integrity analysis and simulation
- Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Communication Engineering, Electromagnetic Science, or related field
- PhD preferred
- Excellent knowledge of high-speed signal integrity principles and practices
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) / Matlab/Verilog-A/ADS
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
