Adoc Talent Management is seeking a highly skilled Senior High-Speed Signal Integrity/SerDes System Engineer to join our client's team in Grenoble, France. As a key member of the High-Speed High-Frequency team, you will be responsible for leading the development of next-generation high-speed systems.
Mission Objectives:- Design and develop high-speed SerDes systems architecture and simulation models.
- Lead experimental validation and correlation with simulation results.
- Collaborate with the team in China on technical review, reporting, and project chartering.
- Develop technology roadmaps and project plans for high-speed interconnection.
You will have a strong background in high-speed technologies, including 28, 56, 112, and 224 Gbps. Your expertise in signal integrity tools, such as HFSS and CST, will be essential in this role. Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in international teams.
Requirements:- Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong background in high-speed technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of high-speed SerDes architecture, Rx/Tx SerDes PHY, and equalization techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards, such as IEEE 802.3 and OIF-CEI.
