Senior Technical Architect

OSF Digital is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to play a critical role in the implementation of our Marketing Cloud product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to complex technical and digital marketing requirements, ensuring successful project delivery.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of customer data platforms, modern data infrastructure, and Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Mentor a Team: You will lead and mentor a team of architects, data engineers, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Establish Processes and Documentation: You will establish, own, and refine processes and documentation to standardize sales and delivery excellence.
- Partner with Senior Director and Business Development Team: You will partner with the Senior Director and business development team to support sales motions through developing sales collateral and tailored architectural recommendations.
- Capacity Planning and Forecasting: You will be responsible for capacity planning and forecasting for the technical team members.
- Cross-Product Architecture Collaboration: You will work closely with other Mar-Tech leads on cross-product architecture collaboration for multi-cloud, multi-product implementations.
- Complex Integrations and Architectures: You will bring high-level consulting expertise related to complex integrations and architectures with multiple Salesforce solutions connected.
- Implementation Oversight: You will oversee and advise on implementations with enterprise-level customers from kickoff to go-live.
- Process and Functional Guidance: You will act as a process/functional guide, collaborating with leaders on business transformation projects to suggest industry-standard methodologies and design scalable, optimized business processes and best practices across various clouds on the Salesforce platform.
- Customized Solution Design: You will design and architect customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company/customer goals.
- Strong Understanding of Customer Data Platforms: You must have a strong understanding of customer data platforms and modern data infrastructure.
- Hands-on Experience with Customer Data Platforms: You must have hands-on experience working with customer data platforms like Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP, ActionIQ, Acquia CDP, mParticle, or Salesforce MC/CDP.
- Proficient in Salesforce Basics: You must be proficient in Salesforce basics, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, RDBMS, and JavaScript Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, SFDX.
- Experience in Multi-System Integration: You must have experience in multi-system integration.
- Fluency in English and French: Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
