About the InternshipThis internship is an excellent opportunity to discover an international working environment. Due to our leading position on the market, you can gain a strong exposure to a variety of complex issues of a European real estate asset manager. You will be fully integrated into our team and have the opportunity to work together and discover other departments such as Asset Management, Fund Management, Transactions, and Asset Controlling.
You will join a growing platform that will allow you to take on real responsibilities rapidly. Opportunity to be hired on a full-time basis after the internship.
ResponsibilitiesIn connection with the development teams in Europe, and under the supervision of Gabriel Mattout, you will assist the various managers and local teams on a daily basis in their operational missions:
- Assistance in the investment analysis of development projects: balance sheet & cash flow.
- Assistance in carrying out market studies and drafting minutes of meetings.
- Establishment of project benchmarking tools (by country/by typology).
- Assistance in the preparation of investment committees or presentations for clients (fund manager, and others).
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering, or Law school.
- Capacity for synthesis.
- Financial analysis.
- Very good use of Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment.
- Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial, and result-driven culture.
- Verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions.
- Fluent in English.
