Job Title: Real Assets Development SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Assets Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for assisting in the investment analysis of development projects, carrying out market studies, and drafting minutes of meetings.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist in the investment analysis of development projects, including balance sheet and cash flow analysis.
- Carry out market studies and draft minutes of meetings.
- Establish project benchmarking tools by country and typology.
- Assist in the preparation of investment committees and presentations for clients.
- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering, or Law.
- Capacity for synthesis and financial analysis.
- Excellent use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Accomplished interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently in a team.
- Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial, and result-driven culture.
- Verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
