Key Responsibilities:
- Organoid Model Development: Spearhead the creation and refinement of organoid models derived from patient samples.
- Assay Innovation: Develop and enhance organoid-based assays for research purposes.
- Leadership in Research: Execute experiments aimed at understanding cancer biology and therapeutic responses.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams to incorporate organoid models into our diagnostic solutions.
- Data Interpretation: Evaluate experimental results and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Technological Advancement: Utilize state-of-the-art techniques to improve organoid models.
Required Qualifications:
- Academic Background: PhD in Cell Biology or a closely related discipline.
- Professional Experience: Over 5 years of experience in organoid research with a focus on cancer models.
- Specialized Knowledge: In-depth understanding of 3D cell culture, organoid creation, and tissue engineering, along with familiarity in immunology and/or immuno-oncology.
