Your Role as Vice President of M&A at Isarta involves:

  • Overseeing the M&A lifecycle, contributing to the creation of marketing materials, valuation assessments, due diligence processes, and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements.
  • Assisting senior directors and managing various M&A initiatives, including asset sales, acquisitions, carve-outs, and international transactions across diverse industries.
  • Evaluating the contributions of analysts and associates.
  • Leading client presentations and actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Identifying and mapping potential cross-border transaction prospects within the Isarta network.
  • Addressing complex strategic challenges and engaging in high-level discussions with clients and investors.
  • Maintaining active communication with project stakeholders and ensuring direct engagement with clients, financial institutions, advisors, and investors.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and investors.
  • Participating in sector committees alongside other members of the Isarta group.

Your Profile

  • Extensive M&A experience (6+ years).
  • In-depth understanding of financial principles.
  • Proficient in collaborating within small teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Experience in an international business environment.
