Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Business Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of 2-3 people and overseeing various administrative and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Manage the company's general and analytical accounting, analyze expenses, and supervise invoicing to clients and suppliers.
- Financial Reporting: Develop and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports, and participate in the creation of the company's annual budget.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of administrative staff, including Assistant Managers, Accountants, and other support staff.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support to the business, including fleet management, insurance, and vendor management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of integrity and discretion.
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial management and team leadership.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficient in SAP and Excel.
