We are seeking a highly skilled FEA Engineer Leader to join our team based in Signes, near the Paul Ricard circuit. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading analyses and optimizations to achieve weight-efficient, robust designs.

Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing simulations to evaluate the mechanical behavior of parts and assemblies under static and dynamic loads.
  • Developing robust FEA models using specialized software, such as ANSYS and Abaqus.
  • Collaborating with design engineers to integrate simulation results into the design process.
  • Preparing reports of work done to present at design reviews and for future reference.
  • Managing and organizing calculation and simulation activities while respecting deadlines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the motorsport industry.
  • Experience in FEA and composite analysis.
  • Extensive experience with 3D CAD software, such as CATIA V5.
  • Strong IT skills, including Python and MATLAB.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
