Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled FEA Engineer Leader H/F to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing advanced structural analysis and optimization of our competition cars.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing robust FEA models using specialized software, collaborating with design engineers to integrate simulation results into the design process, and preparing reports of your work for presentation at design reviews and future reference.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for managing and organizing calculation and simulation activities while respecting deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced structural analysis and optimization of competition cars using FEA software.
Develop and implement robust FEA models using specialized software.
Collaborate with design engineers to integrate simulation results into the design process.
Prepare reports of your work for presentation at design reviews and future reference.
Manage and organize calculation and simulation activities while respecting deadlines.
Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or similar.
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the motorsport industry.
Experience in FEA and composite analysis.
Extensive experience with 3D CAD software: CATIA V5.
Strong IT skills, including Python and MATLAB.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a high initiative level, good problem-solving skills, and a strong team spirit. You should be able to complete tasks with minimum guidance under pressure and tight deadlines.
