Nous recherchons un Product Owner dédié aux sites web pour contribuer au succès de notre entreprise, HOMEBOX. Vous serez rattaché(e) au Directeur Marketing & Communication et aurez pour mission de piloter et déployer la stratégie digitale pour la France et l'international.
Vos missions principales seront de :
- Gérer les sites web sous Strapi en collaboration avec l'agence de développement.
- Assurer la maintenance corrective (TMA) en priorisant les tâches selon la valeur métier, les besoins internes et les ressources disponibles.
- Rédiger les expressions de besoin et les user stories.
Vous serez également responsable de l'optimisation et de l'évolution des sites web, en conduisant les évolutions fonctionnelles (TME) pour optimiser la conversion (CRO), via la refonte de pages clés et l'implémentation d'AB Tests (Convert, Mouseflow).
Vous piloterez également la performance des parcours en ligne en veillant à l'atteinte des KPIs business et identifierez les points de friction pour proposer des améliorations pour maximiser la satisfaction et la conversion.
ProfilNous recherchons un candidat avec une formation Bac+5 et au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur des fonctions similaires. Vous devrez être structuré(e), rigoureux(se) et organisé(e) dans votre gestion quotidienne des projets.
Vous devrez également avoir une excellente capacité à comprendre, formuler et définir les besoins des utilisateurs, qu'ils soient internes ou externes, et être force de proposition et d'innovation, toujours à la recherche de nouvelles idées pour améliorer les processus et les résultats.
Vous devrez également travailler efficacement en méthodologie agile, en adaptant votre approche en fonction des situations.
