Product Owner for SPM

We are seeking a Product Owner to join our CIO Office & Transformation team at L'Oréal. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) product. You will work closely with stakeholders to define and deliver the product roadmap, standardize and harmonize processes, and drive adoption across all IT organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and update the SPM product roadmap with EPICS and features to be delivered
  • Standardize and harmonize processes in alignment with relevant stakeholders
  • Drive adoption of the SPM product across all IT organizations

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner or in an agile environment
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow and PowerBI
  • Ability to collect, synthesize, and challenge business needs
