KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct thorough evaluations, analyses, and psychological assessments of minors involved in protective services
  • Engage in collaborative multidisciplinary assessments
  • Offer expert guidance and support to medical, social, and educational practitioners
  • Facilitate therapeutic support and advise on suitable therapeutic methods
  • Perform evaluations of children as part of the Child's Development Plan
  • Deliver comprehensive written reports to assist in decision-making processes

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

  • Familiarity with the ethical standards governing psychological practice
  • Understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks surrounding child welfare and the medical-social field
  • Knowledge of psychological theories, including psychoanalysis, systemic approaches, and cognitive-behavioral therapy
  • Interest in understanding both individual and group behaviors
  • Ability to work collaboratively, synthesize information effectively, and demonstrate strong computer skills, active listening, and empathy
