About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the successful deployment of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, for our clients in the education sector.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients during the implementation and usage of our solutions.

Requirements
