Job Title: Clinical Specialist in Electrophysiology

Location: Remote, with opportunities to travel across France

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist in Electrophysiology to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will provide expert clinical and technical assistance to healthcare professionals, ensuring the safe and effective use of our electrophysiology products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support to assigned accounts, serving as a primary resource for troubleshooting, basic troubleshooting, and system/logic development.
  • Deliver training to clients and Boston Scientific employees on the benefits and use of our products, conducting presentations and demonstrations using a variety of tools.
  • Establish relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, hospital management, and infection control teams, developing and improving relationships through system Farapulse demonstrations, educational programs, internal product training, procedure observation, and problem-solving.
  • Provide initial and ongoing training, as needed, to the development team and sales representatives (if applicable) on products, development processes, products, and features, as well as procedures involving these products and features.
  • Meet with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, medical groups in hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, objectives, and constraints related to patient care, and discuss and demonstrate how our products can help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop relationships with hospital staff (e.g., through informal conversations, meetings, participation in conferences) to establish new contacts in other hospital departments and identify key decision-makers to facilitate future sales.
  • Respond to client needs and complaints regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other concerned parties (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.

Requirements:

  • We welcome recent biomedical graduates or professionals with experience in a similar role, preferably in electrophysiology.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
  • Fluency in French (B2 or higher level). Additional language skills are appreciated.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a highly dynamic market.
  • Strong team spirit, collaborative, and ability to build relationships and work internally.
  • Strong influencing capabilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to travel extensively as required by the workload.
