**Position Summary**

We are in search of a dedicated hospitality service specialist who embodies enthusiasm and a warm demeanor to represent our esteemed establishment. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Articulating the menu offerings to guests, catering to those with specific dietary requirements, and providing thoughtful beverage recommendations.
  • Efficiently delivering food and beverage orders to tables, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Creating memorable and personalized interactions with customers, showcasing the unique charm of our venue.
  • Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge to enhance bar sales and service.
  • Organizing your designated section of the dining area to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Accurately documenting orders to facilitate effective communication between the kitchen and cashier.
  • Responding promptly to phone inquiries and leveraging product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
**Qualifications**
  • A positive, customer-centric attitude with a commitment to achieving Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • Completion of a Food Safety Handler Course.
  • Availability to work during peak times, including weekends.
  • Proactive approach to ensuring positive and efficient customer interactions.
  • Possession of a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
