Social Media & Communications Internship - EMEA

Key Responsibilities:

Market Launch Campaign: Assist in the creative ideation and strategic development for significant brand initiatives, focusing on both Earned and Owned media for EMEA markets.

Partnership with Social Agencies & TikTok Growth: Aid in the creation and implementation of social media components for brand initiatives in collaboration with regional social agencies; contribute to TikTok growth efforts and coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to communicate social strategies, creator briefings, product distribution, content validation, and performance monitoring.

Competitor Analysis & Social Media Performance Tracking: Monitor competitor activities; serve as the data analyst within the consumer marketing team by tracking and evaluating social media performance metrics, particularly on TikTok, META, and Google Search for each campaign, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.

Communications Support: Assist with press outreach, event ideation, and guideline dissemination across EMEA markets, facilitating communication between Global headquarters and local affiliates; contribute to internal communications by sharing brand updates within the organization and organizing employee engagement events.

Key Tasks:

Market Launch Campaign: Support the collection and analysis of consumer insights; contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions; assist in developing the social media strategy for the market launch presentation; adapt and optimize the global market launch presentation to better suit EMEA needs.

Partnership with Social Agencies & TikTok Growth: Collaborate with social agency partners on daily tasks, including creator brief development, product distribution, content validation, and performance tracking; prepare TikTok newsletters to keep the team informed about trending topics in social media.

Competitor Analysis & Social Media Performance Tracking: Conduct competitor assessments and analysis reports; track and analyze social media performance metrics for brand campaigns using tools such as Tagger, Dash Hudson, and Google Trends, and compile post-campaign reports with key insights.

Communications Support: Assist in developing and disseminating communication guidelines (press, events); produce weekly consumer marketing newsletters to enhance communication between Global, EMEA, and local markets; collaborate closely with the internal communications team and organize employee events as necessary.

Qualifications

Required Educational Background/Skills:

Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.

Exceptional creative and writing abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Innovative thinking and capacity to generate engaging content ideas, particularly for TikTok.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Solid understanding of social media analytics tools (Tagger, Dash Hudson, Google Trends).

Fluency in English.
