Job Title: Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Subsea 7. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, schedule, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
