Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our Pipeline Group team at our Suresnes, Paris office. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of installation engineers and supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the installation engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support or lead a team of method engineers to follow project scope(s) from early engagement with internal and external clients through to offshore execution on board our reel lay assets.
- Contribute to the selection of sub-contractors and produce installation method statements and procedures.
- Support procurement activities, subcontract follow-up, and HSEQ activities.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, including installation rigging calculations and rigging design.
- Assist the Tendering department with feasibility studies, method statements, manhour estimates, schedule inputs, and costing support.
- Support installation aid procurement, fabrication, and testing follow-up.
- Follow your scope offshore on our installation vessels.
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Marine, Naval, Offshore Technology, Civil, or Mechanical, or equivalent.
- Relevant experience as a project engineer in a subsea engineering field, ideally within an offshore pipeline installation role, particularly in the reel lay discipline.
- Experience of guiding and leading teams of engineers in project scopes.
- Clear communication skills, able to speak with all levels within the business, and comfortable working on their own and as part of a team.
