**About the Role**
Direction Opérationnelle Centre-Est, a leading player in the construction industry, is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Works Manager to oversee the management of one or several construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of construction sites to ensure timely completion and quality of projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and expectations are met.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals.
- Travel to different regions to oversee project progress and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
