R&D Specialist in Electronic Systems Simulation

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Specialist in Electronic Systems Simulation to join our team at Altair Engineering. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for developing and improving our electronic simulation software, HyperSpiceTM.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement new simulation techniques and algorithms for electronic systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation tools with other software
- Design and develop new features for HyperSpiceTM
- Participate in testing and analysis of electronic circuits
- Identify and implement actions for improving the simulator
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Strong background in simulation and applied mathematics
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Perl, Python, and Julia
- Good knowledge of simulation based on the Spice language
- Ability to work in a team and take responsibility
- Autonomy, proactivity, and rigor
- Comfortable with English
