About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing European GAAP accounting processes, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow, and driving harmonization of European accounting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain European GAAP accounting processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Drive harmonization of European accounting processes and procedures
  • Develop and implement efficient GAAP to STAT processes for Europe

Qualifications

  • University degree in Accounting or Business Studies or equivalent
  • Professional experience in a BIG 10 Audit Firm or equivalent role
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and international accounting rules
  • International and diverse environment experience
  • MS Office Package, excellent Excel skills
  • SAP and Blackline experience advantageous
