Sustainability Technical Specialist

Constellium is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of high-value-added aluminium products and solutions, and in aluminium recycling. Key Responsibilities:- Lead Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) related projects for the full Group, focusing on ESG data management analysis, particularly GHG-related ones.
- Join a 5-person multidisciplinary team dedicated to sustainability for the Group, working closely with internal and external stakeholders: Business Units, Procurement, Customers, etc.
- Assess environmental performance of products, processes, and projects to drive the development of Constellium products and support sales and customers in advocating for better environmental performance.
- Manage contractors and external verification processes, bringing LCA expertise to external collaborations with customers and industry associations.
- Collect, organize, and process data related to environmental performance indicators, including energy, GHG emissions, and recycling activities.
- Model future performance based on existing data, summarizing and communicating results and recommendations.
- Identify relevant new KPIs, track them, and select the most relevant IT tools to do so.
- Support internal teams with sustainability-related questions, particularly related to LCA, carbon footprint, and recycled content.
- Contribute to Corporate Communication, involving annual reports, brochures, and conferences.
- Technical and scientific background, e.g., process/environment engineer or Data scientist.
- Background in environmental science.
- 2-5 years of experience in Life Cycle Assessment (experience with LCA tools, preferably GaBI software).
- Data processing & Statistics.
- Computer skills (Advanced Excel skills; programming, PowerBI is a plus).
- Teamwork ability – good team player, willing to join a high-performing team.
- Excellent interaction and communication skills, ability to collaborate inside and outside of the organization in a transversal mode.
- Comfortable dealing with all organizational levels and stakeholders internally and externally, with a professional attitude.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize.
- Rigor.
- Critical mind and open-mindedness, curious about everything.
- Proficient in English; French recommended, German is a plus.
