Airbus Structure Repair Instructor

Are you a technical expert with experience in aircraft structure repair? Do you have a passion for teaching and training others? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Instructor in Aircraft Maintenance and Repair at the Airbus Training Center.
Missions:
- Train Airbus customers in all aspects of aircraft structure repair, including theoretical and practical knowledge.
- Ensure that customers' maintenance personnel are aware of all safety precautions and best practices related to aircraft structure maintenance and repair.
- Deliver structure training to customers at Airbus Training Centers and/or at customer bases worldwide, in accordance with Airbus standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments, operational issues, and airline requirements.
- Collaborate with support engineering teams to maintain technical knowledge and update course materials.
- Define course content specifications and training objectives in accordance with Airbus standards.
- Report any potential safety issues or events detected during daily activities.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience in structure repair practice on metallic structures, with composite standard repair practice experience a plus.
- Proven experience in instructing and strong motivation for competence transfer according to Airbus standards.
- Ability to travel frequently worldwide and adapt to changes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Active contribution to team work and autonomy in individual duties.
- Negotiation-level English language proficiency.
