Structure Repair Instructor

At Airbus SAS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structure Repair Instructor (m/f) to join our team at the Airbus Training Center in Toulouse, France.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality training courses to customers on structure repair activities, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to safely and efficiently operate Airbus aircraft.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including courseware and instructional aids, to support the delivery of structure repair training.
- Collaborate with the Structure Training Plateau team to ensure that training courses are aligned with Airbus standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders on structure repair-related issues.
- Participate in the development of new training programs and courses to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structure repair practice, with a strong background in metallic structure repair.
- Proven experience in instructing and training others on structure repair techniques and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
