Key Responsibilities:
- Mini Bar Management:
- Daily replenishment and stocking of mini bars in guest rooms, ensuring all items are fresh, intact, and within their expiration dates.
- Maintain an orderly arrangement of mini bar items, ensuring accurate pricing and proper labeling.
- Guest Engagement:
- Address guest inquiries and requests regarding mini bar offerings with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide detailed information about mini bar products, ongoing promotions, and related services.
- Sanitation and Orderliness:
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of mini bar storage areas and guest room mini bars.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene and sanitation protocols, particularly in the handling and storage of food and beverages.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular inspections of mini bar equipment and report any maintenance concerns or malfunctions.
