Job OverviewThis role offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. As a key architect of our client relationships, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of strategic clients (approximately 4) and driving the technical aspects of their accounts.
Your primary focus will be on centralizing technical information, contributing to account strategy, and collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities- Platform Architecture: Design, deploy, and expand Dataiku platforms for clients, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Platform Operations: Manage upgrades, configure compute resources, and monitor platform health.
- Best Practices: Share knowledge and expertise on Dataiku usage, data management, security, and ML-Ops.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Native French language proficiency or bilingual capabilities.
- Strong Linux system administration experience, including networking.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Familiarity with Java (desired).
