Job Overview
As a Senior Compliance Oversight Officer, you will be an integral part of the Europe Compliance & Internal Control Team.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in the oversight of compliance frameworks for affiliated management entities as part of the Enterprise Compliance Program at Natixis Investment Managers. This includes preparing Compliance Committees, maintaining strong connections with Compliance Officers across subsidiaries, and conducting annual assessments of each affiliate's compliance system.
- Leading cross-functional initiatives to facilitate and oversee the implementation of compliance frameworks that align with evolving regulations. This encompasses training sessions, workshops, analyzing regulatory deviations, and defining as well as monitoring action plans.
- Assisting in the preparation of Compliance Committees for Natixis IM and contributing to Group Compliance Committees.
- Aiding in the creation and drafting of reports for senior management and the Group.
- Developing, updating, and ensuring the implementation of Global Policies and Procedures that apply to all Affiliates, in accordance with regulatory changes.
In your role as Senior Compliance Oversight Officer, you will serve as a point of reference for specific regulations and cross-functional projects.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- A higher education degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance or internal control roles. Experience in consulting or auditing firms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with regulations pertinent to asset management companies, financial products, and markets.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects within complex environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent listening abilities, and a rigorous approach to work, capable of prioritizing effectively.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively while communicating efficiently.
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
