Cherry Biotech is dedicated to pioneering the most sophisticated technological platform utilizing in-vitro human biological models to assess the effects of various compounds (such as pharmaceuticals, endocrine disruptors, and cosmetics) on human health. Our goal is to enhance treatment methods and foresee potential adverse effects. We are in the final stages of developing our latest product, Cubix, and are focused on establishing a robust production framework to facilitate global commercialization.
Having entered the pre-sales phase, we are actively engaged in service activities and collaborating with several international scientific partners. What We Offer:
Our Organs on Chip technology, or micro physiological systems (MPS), has the potential to accelerate the discovery of new treatments while replacing animal testing. At Cherry, we have developed CubiX, a device capable of controlling the physical parameters of the cellular environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining production strategies for our two products (CherryTemp & Cubix), which are at varying stages of development.
- Ensure production compliance with standards and regulations, including ISO 9001.
- Develop and implement production processes aligned with our strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the establishment of provisional production planning and optimize production timelines through continuous improvement.
- Create follow-up tools and dashboards for performance analysis.
- Document processes and generate operational guidelines.
- Communicate results through reports and presentations.
- Build and structure a dedicated production team.
- Manage inventory using ERP/MRP software and establish protocols for stock management.
- Lead after-sales activities for both products, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with Industrialization and R&D teams for brainstorming and troubleshooting.
- Identify and relay customer needs to R&D, Industrialization, and Sales teams, fostering close cooperation with administrative and sales departments.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Methods and/or Production Engineer, with a focus on mechanical and electronic systems.
- Proficiency in CAD design software (e.g., SolidWorks).
- Experience with CE-marking and ISO 9001 (preferably ISO 13485).
- Demonstrated budget management skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a methodical approach.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and hands-on attitude.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and resolve challenges effectively.
- A desire to grow within a fast-paced environment, with an interest in management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
- Fluency in English, with strong written communication skills.
