**Job Summary**

Egis Rail is seeking a highly skilled and experienced test engineer to join our team. As a senior test engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing tests on various rail projects in France and abroad.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement test plans, schedules, and procedures for integration testing.
  • Verify and validate test documents from suppliers.
  • Participate in tests as needed.
  • Pilot and coordinate integration tests on site.
  • Develop and control action plans to address system dysfunctions and achieve contract objectives.
  • Apply testing processes, tools, and methods.
  • Ensure the technical functioning of the system, respecting contractual commitments for commissioning.
  • Coordinate personnel from the project team involved in testing.
  • Provide the safety engineer with test reports from suppliers or integration tests necessary to obtain test authorization (DAE) and commissioning (DS) permits.
  • Follow site activities and verify consistency with the project schedule.
  • Verify the overall project schedule to ensure commissioning dates (notion of retro-planning).

**Requirements**

  • 5-10 years of experience in the rail industry as a test engineer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English is required for international projects.
