Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our QSSE team in Bourg-en-Bresse. As a QSSE Coordinator Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the QSSE Manager in the implementation and maintenance of our quality management system
- Preparing and participating in external audits (MASE, ISO 9001, Qualifoudre)
- Updating documentation, writing procedures, and coordinating training sessions
- Collaborating with the QSSE team to ensure the effective implementation of quality management practices
- Analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing corrective/preventive actions
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the QSSE Manager in the development and implementation of quality management plans
- Coordinating with the operations team to ensure the effective implementation of quality management practices
- Providing support to the Chargés de Clientèle in the preparation of Prevention Plans (PPSPS)
- Conducting regular checks on personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring compliance with regulations
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
