Role OverviewIn the capacity of Senior Compliance Oversight Officer, you will be an integral part of the Europe Compliance & Internal Control Team.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in the supervision of compliance frameworks of affiliated management firms as part of Natixis Investment Managers' Enterprise Compliance Program (including preparing Compliance Committees, maintaining close relationships with subsidiary Compliance Officers, and conducting annual evaluations of each affiliate's compliance system);
- Managing cross-functional initiatives to support and oversee the implementation of compliance frameworks within subsidiaries that align with new regulations and emerging topics (including training, conducting workshops, analyzing regulatory deviations, and defining and monitoring action plans);
- Assisting in the preparation of Natixis IM Compliance Committees and contributing to Group Compliance Committees;
- Aiding in the compilation of reports and drafting documentation for senior management and the Group;
- Developing, adapting, and maintaining Global Policies and Procedures applicable to all Affiliates, ensuring their effective implementation within compliance structures.
As a Senior Compliance Oversight Officer, you will serve as a reference point for specific regulations or cross-functional projects.

Required Skills/Qualifications/ExperienceAbout you: If you identify with the following characteristics, you are well-suited for this role.
With a higher education background, you possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles within compliance/internal control. Experience in a consulting or auditing firm is advantageous.
You are knowledgeable about:
- Regulations pertinent to asset management firms, financial products, and markets;
- Managing cross-functional projects in a complex environment.
You exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, with strong listening abilities, and are:
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently while effectively managing priorities;
- Analytical and effective in problem-solving;
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in English at a C1 level is required.
