Global E-commerce Customer Success Manager Digital Shelf Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Global E-commerce Analytics Product Owner to join our team at L'Oréal. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and performance of our e-commerce analytics capabilities across all platforms and markets.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce analytics strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and market trends.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take ownership of e-commerce analytics tools and processes across all e-commerce platforms, including marketplaces, pure players, and e-retailers.
- Data Insights: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to derive actionable insights from e-commerce data, including sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize e-commerce performance through data-driven decision-making, including pricing optimization, product assortment planning, and promotional strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to drive alignment and integration of e-commerce analytics initiatives.
- Stakeholder & Budget Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and priorities and ensure timely delivery of insights and solutions.
- Tool Evaluation and Implementation: Evaluate, select, and implement e-commerce analytics tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of analytics capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce analytics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the maturity and sophistication of L'Oréal's e-commerce analytics capabilities.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- E-commerce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, market dynamics, and consumer behavior in the digital space.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into analytics initiatives and actionable recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business requirements.
