Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Global E-commerce Analytics Product Owner to drive the strategic direction and performance of L'Oréal's e-commerce analytics capabilities across all platforms and markets. As a key member of our Beauty Tech team, you'll play a pivotal role in leveraging data insights to optimize sales, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth in the rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce analytics strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and market trends.
  • Take ownership of e-commerce analytics tools and processes across all e-commerce platforms, including marketplaces, pure players, and e-retailers.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to derive actionable insights from e-commerce data, including sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize e-commerce performance through data-driven decision-making, including pricing optimization, product assortment planning, and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, Tech & IT, and supply chain, to drive alignment and integration of e-commerce analytics initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, market dynamics, and consumer behavior in the digital space.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into analytics initiatives and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
