Job Title: In-Room Dining Server

Accor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-Room Dining Server to join our team. As an In-Room Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the comfort of their own rooms.

Responsibilities:
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
  • Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful way.
  • Have full knowledge of all beverage lists and deliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Pick up orders efficiently from the kitchen and check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set up.
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Qualifications:
  • Previous Food and Beverage service experience required.
  • Previous Point of Sale System experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Additional Information:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Hourly Rate: $16.25 USD Gross per hour.

  • Physical Aspects of Position:
    • Constant standing and walking throughout shift, must be able to stand for long periods of time (for up to 8 hours).
    • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.
    • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
    • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
