Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Server to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our food and beverage service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist guests with menu items, providing informative and helpful guidance.
  • Have full knowledge of all beverage lists, including menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
  • Deliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Pick up orders efficiently from the kitchen, maintaining a smooth and organized workflow.
  • Check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of setup, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards, maintaining a safe and clean environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage, upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous food and beverage service experience required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Previous point of sale system experience preferred, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Highly responsible and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Hourly Rate: $16.25 USD Gross per hour

  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift, with the ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
