Contract Type: 12 months contract

Package: Seasonal contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Assistant Manager to join our team at Club Med Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager, ensuring accuracy and validity of employee files, and maintaining social relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistance of the HR Manager on administrative tasks, accountancy, and internal control
  • Control staff's attendance/scheduling process of other departments
  • Ensure accuracy/validity and manage the administrative and logistics files of employees (payroll, contract, work permit, housing, uniforms)
  • Reward legal and social obligations, maintain social relations
  • Assist with local recruitment
  • Stand-by duties during the absence of HR manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources mandatory
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
  • Computer skills required
