Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the STERIMED Infection Control team, you will report directly to the EMEA Chief Operating Officer. Your role will encompass involvement in strategic and cross-departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across the region. You will play a crucial part in the coordination, execution, and monitoring of various projects, contributing to the overall profitability and growth of the organization.
- Compile and assess all strategic initiatives and projects, assisting in their prioritization in collaboration with the Group Management Committee;
- Take charge of the development, oversight, and execution of select industrial or product synergy projects, working closely with relevant stakeholders;
- Assist in formulating business plans for significant investment proposals, in partnership with site directors;
- Utilize project management methodologies to ensure effective implementation, including communication with all stakeholders, adherence to budget and quality standards, and risk management;
- Collaborate with site directors to exchange best practices and implement them effectively;
- Engage in the reporting of key performance indicators related to business and synergies, with a focus on enhancing operational performance and customer satisfaction;
- Suggest optimization strategies to promote regional growth and improve overall company performance;
- Provide the Management Committee with comprehensive reports and regular updates on project progress.

Candidate Profile:
- Strong analytical abilities and technical knowledge gained from a reputable engineering institution;
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience, demonstrating robust project management skills applied within the manufacturing sector;
- Methodical and detail-oriented approach, balanced with practical problem-solving skills;
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities, a collaborative spirit, and comfort working within a cross-functional environment;
- A proactive attitude towards learning and contributing to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial journey;
- Self-motivated and independent;
- Effective communication skills to facilitate change management;
- Fluency in English is essential, as many colleagues will be non-French speakers;
- International experience is highly recommended to showcase adaptability to diverse cultures.
Work Environment:
This role is based in Boulogne-Billancourt, with occasional travel required to various sites across Europe.
