About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join STERIMED Infection Control as a Project Management Officer EMEA H/F, where you will play a key role in driving the company's growth and profitability in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Project Management: You will be responsible for managing and implementing strategic projects across the EMEA region, working closely with the Group Management Committee to prioritize and develop synergies.
  • Project Development and Implementation: You will be directly responsible for the development, management, and implementation of industrial or product synergies projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
  • Business Planning and Development: You will support the development of business plans for significant investments, working closely with site directors to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
  • Project Management Tools and Reporting: You will implement project management tools to ensure effective communication, cost management, quality control, and risk management, and participate in the reporting of business and synergies KPIs.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: You will liaise with site directors to share best practices and implement them locally, and participate in the development of optimisation ideas to drive regional growth and company performance.
  • Reporting and Progress Updates: You will provide regular updates to the Management Committee on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced project manager with a strong background in operations and synergies. You will have:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: You will have excellent analytical skills, acquired from a first-class engineering school, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on the manufacturing sector.
  • Technical Knowledge and Project Management Skills: You will have a solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies, and be able to apply them effectively to drive project success.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional organisation, and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Fluent English: You will be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across the EMEA region.
  • Experience Abroad: You will have experience working abroad, with the ability to adapt to different cultures and work environments.
