Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team at VUF Bikes. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and accounting tasks of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconciliation of invoices and delivery notes in our Odoo ERP
  • Control of receipts and general expenses in our Spendesk software, accounting allocation and expense analytics
  • Communication of journals and supporting documents to the chartered accountant, independent monitoring of monthly outstanding points
  • Monitoring of customer and supplier accounts
  • Invoicing Key Account Customers
  • Sales administration: management of reminders for unpaid invoices and follow-up of possible disputes
  • Payment of supplier invoices
Accounting and Financial Management
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closings: support to the CFO in drawing up inventory entries
  • Financial and administrative management support
  • Financial analysis: Participation in the development of dashboards, monitoring of financial indicators
  • Administrative support: Management of various administrative files in connection with accounting (insurance, contracts, etc.)
  • Cash flow monitoring and optimization of bank balances and flows (savings accounts, multi-bank optimization)
  • Support in optimizing IT tools (Odoo and Spendesk)
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support to the CSR manager in the context of data collection
  • Support in the implementation of action plans
Requirements
  • Diploma in accounting and management (DCG)
  • Perfect command of national and international accounting standards
  • Excellent command of office tools and accounting software packages

The following aspects will be valued but not decisive:

  • Experience in an accounting firm or as a sole accountant in an SME
  • Knowledge of Odoo and Spendesk software
  • Interest in the Company's business sector
