Job Summary: As a Receptionist at Hotel Pointe Isabelle, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service to our international clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer service and support to hotel guests
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Ensure smooth operations with hotel clients

Requirements:

  • Good English and French language skills
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Previous experience in a similar reception role

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the Chamonix valley and its activities
  • Experience with MEWS hotel system and D-edge channel management system
