Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Hospitality Professional to join our team at Hotel Pointe Isabelle in Chamonix. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing hotel operations, and working collaboratively with our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations: Provide warm welcomes and farewells to hotel clients, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and overall hotel operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the hospitality team to maintain high standards of service.
Requirements
  • International Experience: Previous experience working in a hotel environment, preferably in an international setting.
  • Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Customer Service: Strong motivation to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications
  • MEWS System Knowledge: Previous experience with MEWS hotel system is advantageous.
  • D-edge Channel Management: Familiarity with D-edge channel management system is a plus.
  • Chamonix Knowledge: Knowledge of the Chamonix valley and its activities is desirable.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is €30,000 - €45,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards for similar positions in the Chamonix area.
