Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Exploitation Manager (H/F). This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of actions aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • 1. Implementing Improvement Actions
    • Conduct technical and financial studies to identify areas for improvement
    • Contribute to the capitalization of technical knowledge through documentation, training, and knowledge sharing
    • Determine and disseminate best practices across sites
    • Develop and share knowledge of technical solutions and supply chains
    • Participate in the development of backup systems and the optimization of internal processes
  • 2. Managing Technical Projects
    • Manage small-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with engineering standards
    • Participate in the definition of technical solutions to be implemented on sites and conduct studies to support this
    • Participate in the development and implementation of performance indicators for projects, including technical and financial aspects
    • Accompany site managers during the launch of new installations
  • 3. Participating in Risk and Environmental Studies
    • Participate in the study and update of DRPCE, EDD, HAZOP, POI, and other regulatory requirements
    • Accompany or lead projects related to the development of sites with a strong process and risk management component
    • Support site managers in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining relationships with authorities
  • 4. Supporting Sites in Achieving Operational Excellence
    • Accompany sites in the deployment of the 6 Golden Rules of Suez

Requirements

  • Education
    • Technical degree (chemical engineering, chemistry, waste management)
    • Knowledge of risk management and regulations (Hazop, EDD, ICPE)
    • Technical skills (methodology, tools, processes, project management)
    • Office software, Excel, PowerBI
    • Operational excellence (Lean Six Sigma)
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in the waste management and chemical industries
    • Project management experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Behavioral Competencies
    • Analysis and writing skills
    • Quality relationships and transverse management
    • Autonomy and proposal skills
