**Mission Overview**

As a key member of our SUEZ team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and excellence in the industrial water treatment sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist operations managers in launching new contracts and ensure smooth site operations.
  • Provide technical support to site teams, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing optimization strategies.
  • Develop and implement tools and methodologies to enhance site performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct site audits and expert assessments, and lead internal training sessions.

**Management and Collaboration**

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including operations and maintenance, to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to drive project success.

**Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE)**

  • Implement and maintain QHSE procedures and policies.
  • Integrate client and group QHSE policies into project work.

**Internal Relations**

  • Collaborate with commercial, performance, and industrial teams to drive business growth.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

**Requirements**

  • Technical degree in chemistry or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial water treatment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Location**

This role is based in the Lyon region, with frequent national travel required.
