The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois is a leading production site for group shampoos, producing over 2 million bottles daily. Our brands include Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie®, and Old Spice®. Our site boasts high automation and cutting-edge technology in the cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Execution: Manage technical execution according to local needs and company strategy.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee ITOT operations, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Digitalization and Information Security: Develop and implement digitalization strategies, ensuring information security and compliance.
  • Incident Management and Resolution: Lead technical incidents to resolution, working with relevant teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency of IT/OT operations.
  • Change Management and Implementation: Implement and lead IT/OT change management for the site.
  • Governance of Operational Partners: Supervise and collaborate with local and global operational resources ensuring IT operations on the site.
  • Digital Capability Improvement: Develop digital skills for employees and define the site's digitalization journey.

About You

  • Passion for IT Infrastructure and Digital Technologies: You have a strong passion for IT infrastructure and digital technologies.
  • Technical Skills: You possess skills in servers, networks, and firewalls.
  • Leadership and Flexibility: You demonstrate leadership and are recognized for your flexibility and adaptability.
  • Education and Experience: You hold a Master's or Engineering degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field, with relevant work experience.
  • Language Proficiency: You are proficient in French and English.
