We are seeking an IT Operations and Technology Manager to lead our ITOT initiatives at Procter & Gamble, a prominent player in the cosmetics sector. This role involves managing all ITOT activities on-site, engaging with various stakeholders, and spearheading digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Incident Management and Resolution processes
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Manage Change Implementation and Governance
- Collaborate with operational partners for effective governance
- Enhance Digital Capabilities across the site
- Outline and execute the site’s Digitalization strategy
